Driving Traffic to your Website
With our new Quarterly Search Engine Optimization program coming online. Let review what needs to be done to get more traffic to your site.
First we need to determine what search words might be used to find you. Words that describe what you do as well as your specialties, your name and the area you serve.
What I need to each of you to do is complete the questionnaire that follows suggested what you would like for me to put in your pages for keywords the search engines can find.

Now take a look in your area for service organizations that you belong to. Most will have an online list of members. Your website and E-mail should be listed. The PHCC or ACC associations, Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club etc. Look for online directories for your area and request that you are included as well as your website. Check out your Telephone Companies. Even if you have to pay a little for the listing it can be worth it.
Keep your site updated and put new stuff up regularly, like a newsletter or tips and secrets for the consumer. Seasonal Coupon savings or product specials, this keeps people checking back and helps you rank higher in the search engine rankings.
Print your site address on everypeice of literature or advertisement as well as on your trucks. I would even make up bumper stickers and get your employees and family to put them on their vehicles. If you use handouts or magnets etc. Be sure it's on there as well.

Employee Gallery
One thing you can do to add interest to your site is set up an employee gallery. Show the names and pictures of each employee and their training expertise if applicable. It give the client a chance to see you before hand and people like the personal touch.
Here is an example of a small database. We have not added the additional data that he wants yet, bio sketch and employee comments but you can see how it works.

If you provide the photos in an electronic format I can set this up for about 25.00. The additional pages are generated on the fly by the database.
Site Statistics
Don't forget, all our sites now come equipped with site stats so you can see how many folks are dropping by and what search words they are using to get there. http://yoursite.com/webstat/ will bring up this valuable tool. If you need help understanding them let me know.
What you see is What you get Editing for your Website
Our new server has an editor attached to it that allows you to come in and make easy text changes to the site and even upload pictures etc. While I am of course available to do that as you need sometimes you might want it done immediately and I can't get to it that quickly, even with the new help I have brought in.
There is no charge all you need is for me to set up a control panel access for your domain. This will give you access to quite a number of tools that we will discuss later.
